A few years ago, I had a dream. I wanted to conduct sales meetings from the top floors of Melbourne's City skyline. The Missing Link has allowed me to achieve that. I'm loving looking out the window, seeing the bay and talking shop. It's exhilarating, and I am very grateful for the opportunity.
As a passionate, and very proud salesperson, I've loved every minute, and at The Missing Link, I'm loving it even more. It's my job to create an encouraging environment where team members can build meaningful relationships with both old and new clients while helping them define and mitigate cyber security risks. We do this through honesty, integrity and expert knowledge across multiple disciplines while having fun and educating ourselves along the way.
What I enjoy most about my role is the opportunities to solve complex problems through collaboration. I also get a lot of satisfaction out of sharing in everyone's success, including our customers. Plus, the banter - both internal and external - it's excellent.
Outside work, I gig regularly as a Techno DJ under the moniker "Obsessive Behaviour" and have played at many of Melbourne's underground clubs and dance festivals and recently started to dabble in production, just for fun.
That brings me to my favourite gadgets - it's my MacBook Pro and Ipad. The Mackbook is just so good for music production and DJ'ing, one of the best investments I have ever made, and recently I invested in an IPAD Pro which I use for work to take notes. Growing up in the 80’s and 90’s, I never learned to touch-type, however, Technology is now enabling me to take and sort notes digitally, whilst relying on old fashioned pen and ink methodology.
